It was comin' down pretty hard at the parade, but the crowd was as thick as other sunny years. Townies were settled in their spots in matching outfits, <>clapping for the veterans and cheering for the baton twirlers, while balancing a cigarette their hand and an umbrella in the crook of their necks.
Boo was more interested in the town square fountain, enjoying the freedom to get wet that the rain had given him.
This, is Americana.
